You can't get the new 300-series Toyota Land Cruiser in the United States, and that's a shame. Thankfully there's a Lexus version that's sold Stateside called the LX600. Being a Lexus, it has far more luxury appointments than the equivalent Toyota, but still delivers the same level of off-road prowess.

The Mazda CX-50 does affordable luxury well. The sharp cabin design punches above its class to deliver a serene experience that will have you think you're driving something double the price. We'd suggest a test drive before you buy, though, as some people might not like the relatively heavy steering.

While the outside of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class has stayed mostly the same for several decades, the inside has evolved drastically. What was once a bare-bones, utilitarian cabin is now bathed in luxury appointments, diamond-stitched leather, and massive screens. Considering how expensive the G-Class has become, we're not surprised.

The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 takes luxury seriously. The back seat is given priority, moved back several inches to allow for more legroom and adjustability. For that to happen, Mercedes had to delete the third row entirely—a small price to pay for ultimate comfort.

The Volvo XC90 has been around for a long time, but it still managed to make its way onto this list, and for good reason. Its simple, no-frills cabin is still one of the best in the business. We're especially fond of the wool seat covering option, which takes the place of leather. More manufacturers should offer stuff like this.

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 might look like a hatchback in pictures online, but it's far bigger in real life, qualifying it as an SUV. A futuristic interior with lots of clever uses of space means it feels right at home on this list.

As cool as the Kia Telluride looks from the outside, we love it even more from behind the wheel. In addition to driving well, the cabin is an absolutely exceptional space to spend time, with easy-to-use controls and a bunch of useful standard features.

BMW's best offerings right now are its SUVs. The X5 is the brand's flagship, and the vehicle of choice for upper-class parents as a do-it-all machine. The latest version of BMW's iDrive infotainment system has a bit of a learning curve, but once you're over that hump, it's smooth sailing.

BMW's three-row behemoth X7 is an equally important part of the company's lineup as the demand for big people carriers increase. The cabin borrows a lot from the new 7-Series, which is far from a bad thing. A lot of the buttons have been moved into the touchscreen, making for a sleek, beautiful dash layout.

Genesis is very much on the top of its game right now. They make several segment-best vehicles, but we like the GV70 the most. Its stunning cabin blows away the competition not just in design, but in practicality and usefulness, too.

That theory is especially clear inside, where a minimalistic cabin approach and lovely materials combine to deliver a wonderful experience. The Cullinan is the literal Rolls-Royce of SUVs. With a starting price well over $300,000 it delivers an unrivaled cabin with the highest-quality materials and supreme attention to details. Look up to the ceiling and you'll be greeted to the company's signature starlight headliner, which alone should be worth the price of entry.

While Bentley's first SUV, the Bentayga, isn't nearly as expensive as the Cullinan, its cabin still screams luxury and class. All of the knobs and switches are made from metal, all of the wood is real, and all of the leather smells amazing and fresh. If you plan to be chauffeured, we suggest going for the long-wheelbase model so you have enough room to really stretch out in the back seat.

The Tesla Model X has been on sale for almost eight years now, but we still admire its interior design. It's a minimalistic space nothing but two screens, one for immediate car data in front of the driver and another for everything else. There's also a smartly designed space under the big screen for your phone to rest. Though the steering yoke looks cool, we suggest avoiding it at all costs and optioning the traditional steering wheel instead.
